The first volume of the Jinnah Papers covers the period February 20 to June 2, 1947 and is in two parts: Part I contains 718 documents and is supplemented by 14 Appendices in Part II. The documents in the Jinnah Papers have not been published before and constitute a primary source of information on a number of important issues.
