The Bibliotheca Buddhica series is a foundational academic edition of Sanskrit Buddhist texts, and high-quality Japanese reprints (Meicho-fukyu-kai, 1977) are very rare on the market — especially in near-mint condition with half-morocco bindings and original glassine jackets.
The Sanskrit originals of several are not extant and are represented here by translations, mostly in Tibetan. The set is a veritable library of rare and famous Buddhist texts in Sanskrit, Tibetan, Turkish, and Mongolian, with some translations in English and German.
